Step 1: Download, fill out & return claim documentation
Download the claim form specific to your claim, complete the form(s), attached all required documentation and mail to
the address shown on the form(s). If you have any questions, please call the Claims Department at the number listed below.
Trip Cancellation/Interruption - Medical
If you must cancel or interrupt your trip due to an injury or sickness.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption - Non-Medical
If you must cancel or interrupt your trip due to non-medical reasons listed as a covered risk under your policy.

Trip Delay
If your trip is delayed on or after your departure date due to a covered risk and you incurred additional expenses.

|
Medical Expenses
If you suffered a sickness or injury during your covered trip that required medical treatment and you incurred out-of-pocket expenses
|
|
Baggage Delay/Loss
If your baggage was delayed for more than 12-hours on your way to your destination and you incurred expenses to purchase necessary personal
items / if your baggage was lost, stolen, or damaged during your covered trip.

Rental Vehicle
If your rental vehicle is damaged and you have purchased rental vehicle coverage.
|
|
Accidental Death & Dismemberment
If you are covered for Accidental Death and Dismemberment, in the event of loss of life, limb or sight please contact our Claims
Department at the number below for assistance.

Step 2: Call us to report a claim
You can initiate a claim by contacting the Claims Department who will help you with your claim. The Claims Examiner
will record the initial information concerning your claim and send you the documents required along with information
on completing and submitting your claim.
